At Chada Thai Massage, our therapists are skilled in several different massage techniques.  The most common techniques that we use are Thai Traditional massage, and Swedish massage.  We can focus on one type of therapy at your request, or we can employ a combination of techniques to give you the best experience. Here are brief descriptions of the therapeutic massage services that we offer.

Thai Traditional Massage

Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated stones. ... The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.

Swedish Massage

The most common type of massage is Swedish massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It's based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems. ... Reflexologists believe that applying pressure to these parts offers a range of health benefits.

Foot Massage

Foot massage and reflexology can be used as pain relief, to help alleviate stress and even to speed up injury recovery. Traditionally, foot massages are performed using the hands, although treatments may sometimes include the use of sticks or rollers to more effectively stimulate the reflex areas in the foot.
